or what do you mean?

How can we measure/know how many people are voting compared to how many are in the ecosystem?

Great ! A suitable method would be to divide the monthly active wallets on Moonbeam by the number of wallets that vote. That way, we could, in theory, determine a “voter participation rate.” You can tell I am obsessed with getting out the vote :)

oh, the turnout is still low – in fact, it's been quite challenging to encourage people to vote. however, we are making active efforts to engage more community members and encourage their participation in the voting process. currently, the MF is diligently working on implementing a delegated voting feature. this feature will enable community members to delegate their voting rights to one of the community delegates. these delegates will then actively participate and cast votes on behalf of those who delegated their rights. Yes, I have also talked to some people on Polkadot about this. With delegate voting, the metric becomes: the number of tokens available to vote / tokens used to vote. The only issue with this is that we are enabling a few people ( delegators) to have much voting power. But, if we have a very large and diversified set of delegators, this is an excellent solution to increase voter participation.

yeah, but everyone will have the opportunity to become a delegate, and as a result, everything hinges on the decisions made by the community. delegators have the choice to either concentrate significant powers in a single entity or distribute them among a larger number of delegates
