benefits if a chain is added to the chainweb, is it easier to interact with dapps from the other added chains or? Im trying to learn about chainweb and how its working

Adding chains is for the sole purpose of increasing throughput. Imagine all chains on Kadena are congested due to user sending KDA, tokens or interacting with smart contracts. By adding a chain (or multiple chains) you are giving the network more options to balance the load to the new chains.
