IoTeX still remains the foundation and anything built on W3bStream steams from IoTeX-MachineFi What you need to understand here is that WebStream is L2 and IoTeX is L1 More like what other protocols like Arbitruim and Nova have but that are both Layer 2. But with IoTeX case we have IoTeX as Layer 1 and WebStream as Layer 2 The values will range from utilizing the native governance token and developers participating in network incentives. Might be a little bit techie but the dots will connect eventually
