Stolen? Nah I don't think so. Like most altcoin projects, usually, a certain amount would have been assigned for specific purposes. At the time of the announcement, the value of that amount could possibly be ~$100 mill. For eg: 1 billion of IOTX at the price of $0.1 would be $100 million. At current price, it would be $14million. That's just my assumption. I'm not in the position that would make those specific info available to me though. Would have to wait for Larry or Raullen to explain
