OPEN LETTER On march 2023, 6 month ago, Fetch foundation asked

to the validators to apply with one form online about delegations.

People managing the foundation are in the good faith and doesn't know the monthly validator cost ?

Let me give more transparency with the Fetch's stakers !
• Host a node on barre metal server cost minimum $250 per year or less if you downgrade the quality hosting with cheap VPS...and that's not good for FETCH.ai !
• Being validators asking us to be available for the updates, participate in discord, writing web article to contribute, tweet and so on...
TIME IS MONEY, we have family...and we need money WE ARE NOT ROBOT !
• Being a validator requires skills and experience, we are engineers, we are not just cleaning lady ! even if cleaning lady deserve respect as well...
• Being a validator requires to Invest and buy tokens to enter in the active set

• Being a validator for Fetch during 14 months generate ONLY 264 tokens for the rewards and commissions 😳
264 tokens X $0.20 = $52 paid for 14 months 🙄
People from the foundation get same ?

Why Fetch fondation do not have any consideration for their validators ?
No validators = No blockchain !
Why after 6 months, we are still waiting to be considered by the fondation ?

It would be better to talk about this in DM, I tried...
But no one gave me enough consideration to think it necessary to answer me 😢
We just asking to be considered like a part of the Fetch's ecosystem, that's too much ?

For our personal case we did not get anything from Fetch's foundation even not one THANK YOU 🙄
We are AviaOne.com avd validator Fetch -> fetchvaloper1avppws8r46qc67ykp94ytkuff5zzg9f5kpp6ke
Please let me know if we have been wrong to contribute and believe in Fetch.ai ?
Please let us know if we have been totally wrong to make this sort of contribution and support Fetch.ai ?

Hey there Aviaone team, We value all of our validators and we're grateful to those that choose to support the project and network. With that being said, delegations overwhemingly come from the community itself. As a governing body, the foundation does redelegate in order to incentivize validators who go above and beyond but no validator can rely on it for sustainable long-term bonding to their node.
