It might, it might not. They have setup their business so they don’t need to ever migrate but that also doesn’t mean they won’t someday. I know that’s not a clean answer but that is the truth
That is something the Alkimi team will have to decide! As I understand they are staying an ERC20 for now due to liquidity and adoption of ERC20. That can change in the future though :)
I think it's not a matter of migration but rather integration. in terms of minting a token on a different network standard. that is something that can easily be done by locking certain amount of erc20 ads supply in a smart contract and minting that amount as a native L0 token. they could actually do this all within their Metagraph and then submit snapshots into Hypergraph whenever they decide to
Yes definitely! I guess the issue right now would be the liquidity and adoption of L0 tokens though - it is a process which will take time and includes a creation of a DEX on the Hypergraph and also centralised exchanges supporting L0 tokens.
