Is the full implementation done as per the spec outlined here:

Ben talked about it in his interview - exchanges especially US American ones are hesitating with new listings due all the regulatory issues right now. Especially the SEC is quite aggressive with their lawsuits.

I think it's not fully complete yet, but Alex Brandes told me it is enough for exchanges to integrate the DAG token more easily :)
