Not sure what you are trying to do. Turning the geo location in iopay doesn't do anything until you use a dApp that requires it. Currently there's this only (see link below). I have activated mine a long time ago and claimed. TNot sure if it's still active https://community.iotex.io/t/perkable-x-iotex-claim-your-geo-location-based-continent-nft/10215?u=clairebiasco
