is being submitted into a global network. if the Metagraph is private..where is it submitting snapshots into? a private Hypergraph?

thanks for the first clarification :-] on the topic of the the ratio of fees which goes to stardust. just to confirm...this is the entirety of that snapshot rate formula presented in the website calculator correct? it isn't a partial percentage.

Yes correct, the license fee for businesses who don't want to use the gL0 validation on the public network. Setting up a private network including L0 and Metagraphs are part of it. Regarding snapshots, we have snapshots being created on the L0 and L1 - so you potentially could run a standalone metagraph as well (would need customization of the code though imho).
