didn’t receive the tickets. It passed more then 36 hours sice I’ve made the purchase. What should I do?

the last time batches were sent out was on monday morning, it may take some more time

Still nothing. And also no confirmation via email. I should receive also the invoice via email and I didn’t receive anything until now.
I'm also still expecting to receive mine too.
