I'M also starting to understand something else, a distributed application

works on only one chain. For example MOK works on chain number 7. And if there is a load on chain number 7?
MOK will not start working on chain number 8 ... because there is no load there.
So what's the matter? A person using MOK wants a low fee user experience. Mahira and more.. I'm not sure that you really managed to solve the issue of scale(google translate)

Well it's fee market based so if you want to jump the queue you can increase gas. The point more is apps can deploy on one or more chains and have less block space competitors

so the app should consider this when built?

Imo apps should consider using multi chain yeah but I guess it's up to them. A wallet like Linx can handle it for you if you have kda on chain 1 and you're interacting on chain 7
