Greetings community. I have been wanting to invest in IOTX,

and have being doing my homework. I was wondering about the total & circulating supply. According to CMC, it shows Max at 10 Billion with 9.443 Billion in Total and Circulating.

However, on the iotexscan dashboard, it shows right at 3 Billion in the "Burn" wallet. So wouldn't that make the total supply around 7 Billion? And greatly reduce the market cap? Like 40 million less?
