I saw a recent video where Mr. Diggles says we

are "proposing imploring the DoD and others to run multiple blockchains on metagraphs ....... "

"Proposing imploring ....... "

Why did I think that they are already WAY past this stage of proposing?

Maybe this video is simply a reminder of "where we've been"?

OK, thanks - I can buy that. And Mr. Diggles has said over and over that Constellation is meant to be a "blockchain of blockchains". So, CONTINUALLY proposing the building of multiple blockchains on metagraphs makes sense.

Yes we will provide interopeability and make it possible to leverage all the different blockchains and their technologies TOGETHER - Constellation will be something like a turbo-charger in this sense ;)

Technically I don't think they would ever stop proposing for many different Blockchains to build on Metagraphs. There are a vast amount of them. Metagraph building has only just begun. It makes complete sense that we are now in a position to show off the technology on a larger scale.
