Hi, apologies for this question but it’s more logistical.

Let’s say the hypergraph is given the stamp of approval and the DOD along with their contractors need constellation to set up there networks which would mean DAG has to be purchased or converted from USD, because of the license. I would assume large orders of DAG would have to be purchased. How exactly would that happen to fulfill these extremely large orders? Would there be contractual arrangements made with legacy brokerages instead of crypto exchanges. Would the purchases be spread out through multiple exchanges? Have this already been discussed or currently in discussions. Just something I been thinking about.

Right and I know it’s waaay too early to even see a plan on that since so much still has to be done first with the DOD. It’s just something I always thought about when learning more about Constellation network. Thank you for your response.

Details hasn't been announced in this regard, but I personally speculate that it would happen over time and not all at once due to the nature of crypto price action. We probably also don't want to announce the exact times so people get the idea to exploit it somehow imho.
