What do you mean with lying? You probably should reread what I said - it is up to each respective project to launch their Metagraph because Constellation is not doing the coding for each projects metagraph. Its like on any other infrastructure network where 3rd party projects have to build their apps themselv (e.g. smart contracts on Ethereum).

The next Metagraph will launch when the respective teams are ready to launch their metagraph - it is not in the hands of the Constellation team to make the release faster! Btw. Dor also released their code to the public so this actually could help projects in their development depending on their use case ;) https://github.com/Constellation-Labs/dor-metagraph
