the token that have been sent to my wallet Native? or ERC-20 ?? and if they are ERC 20 why do they not display properly ? ( can only see them in etherscan not metamask )

If you see the tokens then you’ll be fine, you can bridge to native token if you want

If you’ve added the erc20 contract to metamask and you see your token then yes you can send to exchange and sell https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/fetch/

Well, don't know if exchanges will accept the ERC version. Check that before sending.
