Whitelabel dev has its own bag of DVPN tokens, which is used for supplying node hosters. Ad revenue comes in $ to app owner - he buys more DVPN.

Of course some users don’t want to see ads- for that app may has premium version, which can be paid in crypto or bank cards - revenue coming in $ or crypto to app owner - he buying more DVPN tokens - more tokens to supply node hosters.
