There are no assurances that PriceOf(HOT) == PriceOf(HoloFuel). At the swap the value of 1 HOT will be 1 HoloFuel. The swap will be done through Holo's reserve accounts. Nobody else has a way to do that on an exchange right now.

"what is planned?" Do you know that there is a roadmap? To be clearly, there are two roadmaps; one for Holo and one for Holochain. You can find them on the websites. Further more there is an announcement channel on Telegram. The team is clear and transparent about the ongoing process. I really don't understand what infos you are missing. Maybe you should start with the FAQs..
