with staking on cardano.
It's disappointing given the months of waiting and the belief that it would be flexible, easy and intuitive.
Honestly, as a simple observer... it's really not appealing.
And Cryptos for the masses aren't going to happen any time soon( who'd want to complicate their lives with incomprehensible protocols? )
A small, detailed how-to would give admins a bit of a break...and peace of mind to users tempted by the bridge to cardano then staking experience. That said...
A merry Christmas and a happy holiday to you all, and especially to those in pain and loneliness.
Are you talking about staking ADA tokens or AGIX tokens on Cardano? They are two different experiences
For me staking was very easy..
We have guides and FAQs, I think what makes it somewhat complex for some users is that we're onboarding them onto Cardano and eUTXo. Takes some reading of said guides ;)
Oh … and you could do a better job I take it 🙄 ? .. easy to criticise when you’re not doing the work !
It appears simple and should be but when I want to bridge my AGIX from ERC to ADA and the contract is telling me the cost is 1000000 AGIX, this is silly. I saw someone few days ago who said ignore the message but was not sure what the cost would be and the admins did not really provide any real guidance. Two questions: 1. Why in Metamask the smart contract is asking for 1000000 AGIX? 2. Why is it not in ETH? Also I guessed twice at a reasonable price and put 10 AGIX and 25 AGIX and the transaction was approved. Then the transaction converted the equivalent AGIX into ETH, the ETH balance was taken from ETH balance, but AGIX conversion never happened from ERC to ADA. That was 2 days ago. Any advice admins? Scammers, don't even think about contacting me.
Not sure why metamask would put the gas estimate in agix, it shouldnt. The second part sounds to me like youve simply bridged 10 and then 25 agix
