if sender send with chain 1 the receiver has too? both of them fix it on chain 1?

Because i saw some cex notice that must fix it on chain 1

Some CEX might only allow deposits on specific chains, so better follow their recommendation

It's not a must, you can send from sender chain 1 to receiver chain 2 for example
