Here's an article I just googled that list possible criteria's of delistings: https://medium.com/efficient-frontier/six-reasons-coins-get-delisted-from-crytpocurrency-exchanges-3666deb1ef9f I think the main reason for a delisting are lack of trading activity and therefore not generating revenue for the exchange.
