Exactly. Im all for this merger but it was a mistake to lock the ratio after fet has outperformend agix by alot.. its not fair. Fetch currently has a big advantage over us agix holders which they wouldnt have if the ratio would be set based on the FDV of march 20, 2023 like you stated. Thats just a undeniable fact.
