you renegotiate without any 1 project losing money with its valuation or diluting the valuation of the entire project?

All holders will be diluted, I only expect that we should be diluted equally. Ratio shouldn't be determined by a snapshot at a random point in time. Each project brings equal value to the table and should all be treated as such. I agree it will be difficult if not impossible to renegotiate at this point, but these being "decentralized" projects, the communities should have been given a chance to give input on the process before any ratio was decided. So I will vote no and hope that it doesn't pass. If the teams really want this merger to happen they will come up with a solution that is fair to all 3 communities

It's good that you know what you want to do and I'm good with that. My question is how can anyone propose any other ratio when your trying to keep supply as low as possible as well as the value of one of the tokens being over double the value of any other. The ratio has to be done according to current value. As far as governance goes, I agree all should be equal, I don't care if they allow people to vote based on the AGIX and OCEAN defunct tokens.

Total supply is irrelevant. Market cap 101 - what matters is your relative % of the total supply. 1% of 1 billion marketcap is the same with a million tokens or a trillion token total supply.

It’s a ratio to the total value, you get the same value in the new ASI, only with a extremely bullish scenario

Totally agree with this. Imagine if the day before the snapshot the price of one of the assets shot up as often does happen. The price could easy fall back down again and that asset would have benefitted unfairly. The conversion should be based over a more stable period of time
