Can anyone answer me this .. What added benefit other than

the hype of creating a "new token ASI" does a MERGER have when compared to an MOU, partnership and collaboration?

Why can't each community keep their individual tokens and continue to work together to achieve the stated aims in creating and end-to-end decentralised AI stack to take on big tech?

Why aren't SNET spinoffs also merging i.e. NTX, HYPC, SDAO and upcoming TWIN into ASI yet will also be key components of the ASA?

Why trade positions in low marketcap, fundamentally strong projects poised to make you a lot more $$$ returns in the upcoming AI rush in the context of a mass/institutional adoption powered bull run?

Is the merging of 3 unique projects with their own tokenomics, histories, communities and identity really in the spirit of decentralisation?

What happens when TAO, RNDR, ORAI, GRT etc. want to join the alliance, do we vote/merge again further diluting holdings?

Have we really thought about this? Is this being rushed? Is there any actual necessity to do this? Are we all getting carried away? Will we regret this?

To increase the perceived size of the project and encourage further participation both invetment wise and collaboration wise. More eyes equals more impact.

Or maybe just create ASI token that will interoperate/exchange with all other AI tokens and continue on current path of dividual projects. That way all communities can maintain current status or collaborate, their choice....
