If the 3 entities remaining the same and already cooperate

Why a Merge? Fetch didn't merge with Boch. Why so did we need to merge if we can already work together ? I still don't get it.

First to get this 😍

I fear the moon boys have taken over with the desire to launch a 'new coin' with a cool sounding name .. anticipating 10s of billions to enter their bags overnight 🤣 This is the way it works fellas (and ladies) Right now we are an x sized piece of a small pie. Small piece of a big pie is still a small piece of a bigger pie, even if that pie gets larger. This will be the result of a merge. Big piece of a smaller pie remains a big piece of a bigger pie which could be achieved by parnering, cooperating, synergy lol 😉 and leaving the tokenomics untouched ala NTX, HYPC, SDAO, SOPHIA, TWIN.

One (very strong) reason would be to put SNET/AGIX on the map. It's been 7 years and an AI revolution... and nobody has even heard of SingularityNet. Face it, we are doing something very wrong and not really getting anywhere. A merger is the serious change in trajectory that this project needs: we'll get two other teams teams to cooperate closely with and a merge creates the commitment for it. SNET has initiated countless(!) "cooperations" over the years but AFAICT it has not really resulted in much. And while the SNET leadership has its strengths it also has obvious weaknesses. A merger is a SIGNIFICANT commitment to cooperate, both in terms of leadership and employees with different competencies, and three communities to spread the word. Network effects are critical in crypto.

Will allow Ben to focus on what he is best at and the others to slot in with their expertise. Bullish AF.
