ratios. Because they know that you would have 3 communities claiming they have the most value. This is the reason they came up with the fairest ratio. I don't understand why you come in complaining to other holders. Take it to Ben. The negotiation on ratio is done. It is the only legal way to split and combine the three in the time frame they want as well as massively keeping costs down. Where do you guys think all this money is going to come from to keep this project alive to see the tech? Do you want your r&d and production teams cash strapped in their growth? How can they pay to hire more engineers and sustain their salaries? They don't have to with the merger. You can legally share people from department to department without having to worry about overlap. Those people saying can't we just have an alliance over a merger, sure, but it isn't the same thing and the alliance only grows as fast as all 3 combined. Say we have an alliance, and fet goes to 10 bucks and AIGX still at around $1.50. Fet will have way more capital to work with and will grow faster than AIGX. In an alliance, FET cannot just say hey AGIX, here.... Take some of our investors money. Under a merger, it's another department and therefore if it needs more funding and is holding everything back, more people and money can be easily addressed as you are one company
It is logical, but why 0.43, and not for example 0.65? Why did they decide without a vote that 0.43 was a good conversion?
Because it's 100% attached to the value of the currencies. Over the 15 days average, AGIX was worth .43 the cost of FET. If the price of AGIX was higher, then the ratio would have been higher. If you went to .65, FET would only get .77 of their value. They weren't made up out of thin air. Right now, each FET is worth double. More than double. So how do you surmise we take FET value that investors paid money for and give it to someone else? That would devalue the price of the project. Only way that works is to mint more to give AGIX and lower the value of everyone elses
Then we should have merged in March 23, or better to wait till token prices even out
But they didn't or they didn't think of this then and now they need this to get where they want to go. So, your total token amount will be reduced and the value will be the same or higher. You now get exposure to an established Coinbase market that now puts you in the running for any possible ETF's in the future.
I don't think you're understanding that your $ value of agix right now is the same amount of asi you will receive regardless of ratio
Hence the reason there is a ratio
Dollar value is not as important to me as token count
That doesn’t make any sense
Fet holders are not getting anymore if their dollar value is low. Why is this so hard to grasp?
Then vote no because it is what it is. If you want the team to struggle and go it alone so your ownership doesn't get diluted, that's your choice
Yes. But you will be attacked here for being rational. Vote no.
