how would it be - one vote per token? that means if I have more tokens than you then I get more votes. Probably not the democracy you (and I) want.

Well it's better than not having any vote, and there are mechanisms in the pipeline i.e. reputation and engagement based scores for weighting votes although Dr Ben said these are not mature solutions yet. I just feel bad for Ocean as they literally have no say, and they have the worst ratio ..

Was it just a decision made by the CEO / team, or was there any actual consultation with token holders? (I have no idea). If there was a consultation and chance to feed back that would make it better.

Ben has always spoken openly in agreement with this - it’s another case of “it’s what we have now” - but deep funding and the like have been experimenting with alternatives - the goal is to find the optimum solution for fair governance of the growth of superintelligence
