The more I read and see how Fetchers vote is

99% yes, the more I understand the following:
1. Fetchers want this to happen.
2. Oceanersdo not have a say.
3. There is not complete agreement in the "yes" by Singularitarians.
4. Fetch.ai has rumors of ginancial problems.
5. I do not think FETCH tech, projects, team and ecosystem is any way close to what SNET ecosystem has to offer.
6. Fetch is clearly a winner marketer, which may, at least partially, explain its token valuation.
7. Rates are due to mere token valuation taken at an arbitrary period that clearly is advantageousnfor fetch owners and Fetch comapny.
8. This deal differentialy erodes, atvleast, governance of SNET vs Fetch in the ASI scenario. Mid-long term SNET is a much bigger project and ecosystem than what Inhave reckoned about Fetchai. Thus, merger in these terms is clearly disadvantageous for SNET and AGIX owners.

CONCLUSION:

In the light of the info I have processed until now and withoutbthe WP, my blunt interpretation is that Fetch is a predatory marketing project (with possible financial problems?) looking to not only survive with ASI merger but gain power over SNET's and Ocean's projects by the means of controling governance under current deal conditions.
It is a bold.move from a marketing specialist company that may have, surprinsingly, passed many alarm filters including Ben's and the team.

I do not think valuation 1:1 for SNET vs Fetch is even adjusted to complete, based and well studied valuation. Nor to speak that the negotation seems.to have gotten completely tilted towards Fetch advantage. SNET should get even more than 1 : 1 over Fetch. Since it will acompletely drive ASI future and project.

Vote NO to this deal in then wait for reaction. If there is no reaction. Stay calm, a no deal situation means a bit more waitin until AGIX is valued at Fetch price (for those who only care about price). You will also keep the total of your utility tokens for the futurun SNET ai agents service hiring and payment (and not reduce it by almoat 60%).
See how Fetch and Ocean ASI sinks as slower, less-marketer AGIX thrives as Snet projects and ecosystem wins mid term.

This is believing in Snet ecosystem and its project.

If you want to yield into fear or the FOMO created by expert fagocytic negotation skills of Fetch ai, on the promises of a higher ASI token price in short term but loosing governancd and 60% of your AgIx, that is your prerrogative.

Please, kindly refrain from trying to sell us, NOers, that this deal is well balanced, more over if "fear of not getting in" (so fear) is your main argument, thanks.

At least fix your typose and update your information...

+1

This opinion reveals nothing but high level ignorance about AI, the proposed merger and the projects involved. As I have said before, you can be sure our super intelligent CEO, Dr. Ben Goertzel, and his great team knows far more than you! Hope you understand what that means! Think about that and thank me later!

They certainly know more, but the team is in my opinion too much on the defensive when it comes to this ratio discussion , not really adressing the pain most members have. And when i listen to AMA tonight we have the best community, researchers, developers, visionaries, technologies… a value that we sold for nothing….but if course the leadership gives us the impression that everything is so positive , fantastic, encouraging, wonderfull, monumental, beautiful… i need this pill too, please😉😉 And still in SNET i trust, but vote no

Lest we not forget the massive (many tens if not hundreds of millions) of tokens they plan to pull forward from 99 your distribution (I’m not even sure how that’s possible) and go out on a buying spree to buy… Whatever nuts and bolts they think they need to achieve “AGI”… But I thought that was the point of this merger. Ben kind of slipped that out and then had to head out to another meeting

Its worth noting the minting proposal is a separat...

Yes, but again, why are we learning about all of this stuff right now… Also, I have a bunch of technical questions that concern how those tokens were locked up in the first place… Maybe we need audits going in the other direction these days

"Argumentum ad ignorantiam". A well known logical falacy. So not valid, sorry.
