if this were a fair deal, there would be an abundance of FET hodlers who were opposed, + an abundance of SNET and Ocean holders opposed. Everybody gives up something, everyone gets something. Instead we see something different

Ocean holders were not given any vote whatsoever. This is potentially a cause for concern because we are merging with an organization that does not see any need to ask their token holders what they think. We did not state this explicitly in our statement, but it is the case that the Ocean holders were not asked at all.

It's not clear to me how the decisions on ASI will be made in terms of what gets voted on by the community. That needs to be more explicit.
