The native stable coin needs collateral such as KDA to be locked up for the stable coin to be created. A stable coin has many benefits such as being used for payments or for traders being able to secure their profits and buy back in after the price dropped.

We certainly can't say how the future will look like. What I can tell you is we have lots lined up, bridge testing with community members is being done at the moment, bonding test net is set to be released at May 1st. A native stable coin which is a fork of Liquity is also in the works.
