What about the pre-deal NDA, Janet? Was any clause of conflict

of interest for de novo acquisition of AGIX tokens prior to the merger by other parties in the deal included to avoid external inference?
Or any clause regarding big wallets from team members being included in the vote to avoid over representation and conflict of interest issues?

If this was not on place it could be argued this is a ethics issue becuase it would completely distort the sense of making a vote.

i cant comment on the first part here but the idea that team cant vote, epecially the ones with lots of agix - they have lots because theyve been building the project for 7 years, they have every right to vote as far as im concerned - theyve given years of their life to the project

Two reputable law firms were engaged in the token merger - one to draft the agreement and a second engaged by SNet for a second opinion. We followed all of their recommendations. I can confirm that neither Fetch nor Ocean founders bought any AGIX in the run up to the token merger annoucement, and that they did not vote. Had there been material whale buying to influence the vote we might have expected to see the price of AGIX rise relative to FET and Ocean, whereas in fact AGIX has traded at a small discount (to the Ocean/Fetch conversion rate) since the token merger announcement. There is no clause anywhere preventing team members from voting as it is a democratic process. Nor is there a conflict of interests - the only interest is the well being and growth of SingularityNET

Thanks a lot for your kind replies, Janet. I do not think is ethical (not to speak of aesthetical) camouflaging as a vote something that could be predetermined by the big wallets of SNet founders and team. But I guess ethics can be argued for ever, unless they crystalised by law (Even in that case they are arguable). I think you as team have shown your ways. Your last sentence, with that play of words was superb. In the end, everything everything is a play of words. Including this process. And you guys, have convinced many. All the best!
