It is probably better to ask this to the community as a whole. You could make a post on the Hive Governance community, for example. There is no central Hive team that makes decisions about monetary policy nor fiscal policy. The community as a whole makes such decisions, and the value of Hive is ultimately a function of the size/activity of the community, as well as the projects that are developed and its potential for growth. Again, none of that is decided by a specific team.
