much 🤔 Like it's very hard to know when I would be liquidated.
When you hit 100% of borrow limit for most of the assets.
I mean even if I am providing just one asset it's pretty hard to know how much it has to drop for me to be liquidated. Let's say limit used is 50% and I provide BTC only. How much does it have to drop? 🤔
It should be simple to calculate for 1 asset mate 😉 for example if you supplied 10K in BTC at the current value (65K lets say) LTV for BTC is 80% so you can borrow up to 8K in any asset (but 8k is also liquidation point) so in your case 50% borrow limit it means that you have borrowed 4K (for example USDT) Your BTC collateral would have to decrease in value by 50% (to 32.5K) If 4K represent 80% of the loan amount.
Seems simple enough for one token. 👀
Of course, if you are supplying & borrowing more assets and the assets on both sides are more volatile, it is better to use some notification app, etc., which monitors the status for you.
