Current issue with privacy that certain countries (such as Turkmenistan)

going really mad on Internet and even trying complete cut off from the outer network. But no single country in the world yet disconnected people from wired phones. Like the one we have at home or in the office.

My point:
Remember old times of 2000-x, when we used to have ADSL? A modem, that beeps binary bullshit into the phone line and you get connected via telephone with 64-128 Kbps speed?
Since that time phone networks evolved a lot and signal is much better, allowing you to actually pass much more data through it per second. ADSL today would allow as much as 1-5 Mbps, which is waaaaay better than nothing. If we work in that and create a decentralized network of devices with SIM cards which will be acting as dVPN nodes with Internet-over-the-Phone.

I hope you get the idea. That way we can bring not that fast but 100% working and free internet to people of very regulated regions. Maybe even fucking DPRK, who knows. And when shit hits the fan we will be ready for cut-offs in other countries too.
