‼️BE CAREFUL of scammers impersonating admins/support. No one from the team will EVER add you to another group or message you (here, in PMs or on social media). Stay safe. ❗️SUPPORT ▫️ Telegram is not a support channel ▫️ For your safety, please do not post any account related support issues here as scammers will often message pretending to be admins. ▫️ Admins in telegram do not have access to accounts and will not be able to provide help. ▫️ If you are having a problem with your account, please use the official Support Portal. Raise a SINGLE support ticket providing as much detail as possible: https://support.electroneum.com ‼️👉 PLEASE NOTE: The support system does not use the same login credentials as your wallet. You can raise a ticket with just your email by clicking on the "Submit a Request" link at the top of the page. To monitor your outstanding tickets and add updates you will need to "Sign Up" (on the Sign In page) using the same email. Also please note, due to high volumes, support tickets are taking longer than usual. ⛔️ Creating more than one ticket for the same problem will slow down a response. Please login and add comments to your existing ticket for updates.
