I don't think that you guys want to be treated as our punching bags but it is something that is not under your control and you should push them to reply to us. At least the proposal from Uncle which seems to me the most legit one.

I have no issues with either robin or carl, they are not in position to answer questions, people in position however just ignore us.
I don't have any issues with them either, but when something is not under your control you escalate to your line manager (Mike in this case) to help you fix the issue. Otherwise it looks like the executives don't care about our concerns
