Speaking as a token holder Leap 6.0 was delayed from July 31 to September 30, which I'm personally fine with because to me it's most important to get launch correct. I would assume the rebrand would be coordinated around then. The ENF has spent a lot of time on Ex-Sat lately but this is a reminder to keep EOS the main thing. There was final hearing on the original lawsuit on July 17, as far as I know we are just waiting on judge to approve. I doubt any new lawsuit's can be filed until the initial lawsuit is settled. I am looking forward to getting further instructions from ENF and looking at all options for those that opted out as soon as that occurs. I can't speak to potential ENF audit

Rebrand: next couple months? It shifted with the hardfork date, so still honing in on the timing there. This I will keep folks posted on as I know more because it will be a bit of a campaign. Putting the finishing touches on the new website here over the next few weeks. b1 lawsuit update: No idea ENF audit: Not sure - I believe this was addressed previously and I'm not aware of any updates since then. Will let you know what I know when I know it.

🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know ser. I am just a community member who tried to advocate for another community member, but they made themselves pretty hard to defend.
