support Songbird or not? You’re very quick to answer every other question presented to you. I have been asking the same questions consistently for 2 months straight. All you do is dance around the questions or simply ignore them all together. This is very unprofessional. I see a big exodus coming. People are not happy at all with your lack of transparency on many issues.
Just assume not at this point and if they payout it’s a win for you.
Ok. Well what about the FLR drop. Now that was promised to us. Now with the whole NY deal because NEXO didn’t possess a BitiLicense and was playing here, what’s going on with that? We trusted are money to NEXO and they are giving us the shaft because THEY did wrong and won’t come clean on it. Very shady in my opinion
And no. It will be thousands of dollars of loss to me. I would not have had my XRP if they didn’t promise to support the XRP snapshot back in December. They WILL receive the Songbird. Question is will they distribute it to the rightful owners?
And have they said they are not going to pay it out.?
Why would you not use your own wallet for a snapshot like that?
Because I was new to crypto and was dumb enough to trust NEXO
They won’t give an answer period. They have been dancing around these questions for 2 months now. Promising to get back to me. I’ve not heard a peep. I owned my own business for 28 years. I would never treat a customer this way. I didn’t just have 500-1000 XRP in there. I had a significant amount. Plus a huge amount of NEXO tokens. I have also brought hundreds of people to this platform. Betrayal doesn’t even describe what I feel. I was being Customer Service for them through all the craziness with the launch of the exchange.
