I just received an email that Nexo cancelled my withdraw

because I selected “company” instead of “individual”, and asked me to re-submit. This is despite my account being a corporate account linked to a corporate bank account. Wtf?

Then customer support tells me I don’t have a corporate account. Despite my account always being a business account. I ask him if it’s possible to deposit from a business bank account to an individual Nexo account. The answer is obviously no…. Yet that’s what I’ve been doing the whole time. It’s quite alarming that your records can be so messed up that you have a support agent incorrectly telling someone their account isn’t a business account. Despite right when I opened the account, I verified with articles of incorporation and other documents.
