That’s says UP TO* it’s not exactly 14%. Where I can see the exact % that I’m receiving because I’m calculating month over month and it’s not 14 exactly

It's never an exact amount, it's the average over the year, nodes are picked at random to validate, sometimes you get more, sometimes less, but due to 50 nodes being handed over to the community, this figure will actually be just under 13%
