Davidson and SEC Chair Gary Gensler...
Great . What that mean for us finally ??
My take-away is that at least one person in the US House of Reps. is saying clearly there is, and has been, NO clarity from the SEC... regardless of what Gensler says... ALSO, Rep. Davidson seems to be saying that the final say in the crypto-sphere should come from Congress, and not from the SEC or the courts... That's what seems most significant to me... If ETH can evolve over time to satisfy the SEC in regards to "sufficiently decentralized"... In a worst case scenario in the court case, there would seem to remain a reasonable path for Ripple/XRP to be sufficiently decentralized and thus satisfy the SEC... However, I still believe the SEC does not have a reasonable case against Ripple/XRP... and I also believe the judge recognizes the duplicity and lack of substance in the case presented by the SEC.... IMO
