Having problems with KYC. I live in Japan and of course

my proof of address and name are in Japanese.
The system doesn't recognize it... What am I supposed to do in this case?

Again, any KYC questions should be directed to @holoride. A 3rd party KYC verification provider is being used called Synaps. You can also get in touch with them and ask about their data and privacy policies.

Hey mate, my Maiar Chrome extension isn't reflecting the proper balance in my Maiar mobile app (the extension says I have $0 tokens, which is wrong) Is this also due to the maintenance going on rn or something else?

Thats exactly the same issue i am having. You see zero because the wallet is connected to testnet or devnet and the balance u see r zero xEGLD. It would be nice if someone can clarify the issue

I take it from the admin's response that the Maiar Extension basically doesn't connect to Elrond Mainnet... So you'd have to use the maiar app, or elrond web wallet for now (I am assuming)
