Just tried to top up some GBP from my UK

Halifax bank account and the transaction got flagged and I was told to ring a number or my banking app will be locked. 20 minutes on the phone where they questioned me about crypto currency and of corse scams. I told them it was just a GBP deposit where I got better interest and they finally sanctioned it after they checked my transaction history and saw my other withdrawals and deposits to and from NEXO.
Halifax have already banned me from sending money to Binance, I hope they don’t start with NEXO too???

Yeah UK banks are not great in supporting us. I use Revoult to transfer funds to Coinbase, Nexo etc.. You can top up or transfer funds from your UK bank account to Revoult and then transfer it from there. The accounts are free to use and I also use them when I go abroad for my holiday spending money. It works really well.
