Hi Team, As we know new version of app is supported

in Android 8.1 and higher.

OLD Telcoin app user's phones in which Android 8.0 is maximum upgradable....They need to change phone to use Telcoin App.

I have some questions:

1) Is there any option like Android 8.0 users can login and move fund from Telcoin App 2.X to Other platform.

2) If I am changing my phone (Same Mobile Number) then what about balance in my old App...Also KYC need to be done again?

The app is linked to your sim so if you change phone and download the app you will need to set it up again on the new phone but the wallet will still be the same

Let's see what they say, but balance shouldn't be an issue, as your phone unit changes, but your number remain yours, which is the true proof of ownership along with code, more than the phone unit itself. In any case, you'd probably have to do KYC again, as everyone in v3 goes through that, I think.
