It isn't actually 0 fees. They have a hidden spread which is quite large. You will get a better rate at any real exchange with order books even if they have fees.

Unfortunately this is how Nexo has chosen to do their marketing. Many people including myself have tried to get them to change their mind and be more honest about fees, but it seems Nexo prefer profits over transparency in this case.
