Hi, I brought some nexo coins yesterday morning. Do I

need to do anything further to receive rewards ?

Showing interest earned - 0.
I thought I would have got something as I own more than 10% of nexo tokens, well I hold 100% nexo tokens on the app..

Is there anything else I need to do?

In that case you don’t have to do anything else to earn the 7% APY. If you want up to 12% APY you need to start a fixed term. In the future you should probably buy your tokens at a real exchange instead since that is much cheaper.

I’m sure I’ve done everything right hence why I’m a bit confused why I haven’t received anything in rewards as I’ve held for over 24 hours. I may consider the long term lock with higher apy once I know how I will be rewarded etc once I am

It isn’t minimum 48 hours, it is up to 48 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours like you said they you should be included in the next interest payment which happens within the next few hours.

Not necessarily, you obviously have to deposit them from the exchange or wallet where you got them to your Nexo account. Unless you used one of the options in the Nexo app to buy the tokens.
