I will leave my feedback about the first Launchpad, at

least this was the impression I got:

This launchpad was a mess. I don't know if Elrond is to blame for it, but I hope you learned from the numerous mistakes.
First, it was postponed for 1 day, which shows the beginning of the disorganization.
Second, a lot of people had problems with KYC, some I know did it on the first day and the KYC was neither passed nor failed, it was still being processed. In addition, others had problems with the snapshot (and I know other who was wrongly ineligible and even so was drawn, ie a possible display error)
Third, in the Holoride group, they banned many who complained (censorship), in addition to deleting messages.
Fourth, the ticket numbers were sequential, even when buying at different times.
Fifth, and for me one of the most serious mistakes: nowhere did you inform the numbers drawn. Whoever won, knows that he won and whoever lost, knows that he lost. However, no one knows exactly what the winning numbers were. How will I know if the draw was really random or if sequential numbers were chosen? Did the draw consider all eligible numbers or did it consider the last digits? There is a lack of transparency in this regard.

I've participated in many lottery style ido's this was as smooth as butter the methods used to select tickets were clearly explained and.. Its a free no loss lottery from a team that has just handed 1.5 Billion to its community. Not sure we have much to complain about. Others are spending 700m on single advertising deals so couldn't be happier.

Thanks for your feedback, let me address some points. 1. The buying of tickets was delayed by a day to allow those that had already kyc and Staked intime to be verified and have a chance of winning... Do you think it would have been better to say tough? I don't 2. The KYC process was tough, I grant you and sheer volume meant delays... Hense the extra day.. As far as snapshots, I have had 3 people say they didn't get the right allocation, in each case they were not Staking when the snapshot happened.. If you have someone with a genuine case dm me their details.. 3. That's on them, I don't know the reasons why, they do however have a tough job and being an admin answering the Same thing over and over is never easy 4. Ok we can agree here, however does that make any difference to a random lottery? 5. You can see every single transaction on the blockchain, I'm sure we can also get a list of the 10000 numbers somewhere.. OK points covered, do you have anything else to add, as long as it's constructive feedback then it's more than welcome
