Hmm ok. How about the real numbers with this unstaking and withdrawal now. Can you tell me exactly please. If I got a Farm with 1,692 LP staked (valued at $2,3k) which Is made of 3.0664 EGLD + 1,469,440.832 lkMEX. And if I get this out to stake it again for this new apr, how much will I have available? Will the 3.0664 EGLD stay the same, and the 1,469,440lkMEX stay the same amounts? Or if not, what will be the amounts I’ll withdraw?

You will need to calculate the prices you got your EGLD and lkMEX in at and with the current prices.

Now Maiar dex finally loaded and my locked LP EGLD-lkMEX has now the apr 270% / 4,057%. So If I don’t unstake it and stake it back… I will get 270% for unlocked MEX-EGLD and 4,053% for lkMEX- EGLD farms?

What do you mean?

When you withdraw… the impermanent loss becomes permanent. And you won’t get the same amount of EGLD and MEX you put in. And I’m not referring to the $ amount(that’s irrelevant), only talking about the amount of coins.
