The 30 days minimum interest at 13.9% APR still applies to all loans.

I don't understand. Does that mean that if I wait the 30 days, I won't be charged anything at all, but if I pay before the 30 days, I will be charged the equivalent to 30 days interests?

Yes, as long as you keep below 20% LTV and have platinum loyalty.
