My impression was that Nexo does not want high amounts placed for interest on the platform according to the recent changes. Since December 1st Nexo offers interest on up to 50k USD equivalent only in the base tier. This is very unpractical as Bitcoin will be worth more USD over time and as such less of the amount will pay interest. I do not wish to continuously manage the funds on the platform as this costs quite some fees and time. A better solution would be a set amount of the currency/token in question. The interest is a risk premium for having the funds with a third party. No premium paid, not reason to take the risk.
Also your new product structure tries to enforce the use of Nexo Token which would induce undesirable taxable events for me besides an even bigger risk, so I will not consider to do this with your higher tiers.
For me a lock-in of funds would be more appropriate without any other token involved; that is something your product as well does not consider.
Also an application for a corporate account was declined, so no possibility for me to lend the assets to that entity and earn money on its balance sheet either. There was no reason given why it was not possible, so I cannot help to fix that.

FYI user rosangelov DMed stating that he is a nexo admin (which I naturally doubt as I have no way to verify) Email was send as well, just wanted to increase the chance people actually reading it. I am aware Nexo wants to increase the "utility" of the token. Just a bit funny to cut the interest and then ask why people withdraw. As if it was not obvious. have a nice evening.
